LUXXERA CLIENT ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explains how you should use the Luxxera platform and website (together, the Platform).
If you access or use the Platform as a Client, you agree to comply with this AUP.
This AUP explains how you should use the Platform to:
- communicate with Luxxera
- communicate with Clinics
- store your data; or
- view information on the Platform.
This AUP should be read together with the Client Terms and the Privacy Notice. If there is any inconsistency, the Client Terms apply.
Purpose of this AUP
This AUP is not intended to restrict normal use of the Platform. It exists to prevent misuse that could cause problems for you, other users, or your Bookings.
The Platform is intended to be a safe, respectful, and lawful place for you to:
- set up an account to access the Platform and Services
- view Clinic Content
- contact and communicate with Clinics
- manage Bookings
- share your own content.
Your responsibilities
When using the Platform, you should behave lawfully and respectfully.
You are responsible for ensuring that your data or content you share:
- is accurate where it states facts
- reflects your genuine views
- belongs to you, or you have permission to use it; and
- complies with applicable law.
Only upload your data or content (including images) that you have the right to share and that is appropriate for communicating with Clinics and using the Platform.
What you must not do
You must not use the Platform to:
- break the law or mislead others
- harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against anyone
- pretend to be someone else or misrepresent who you are
- upload or share content that is offensive, defamatory, or illegal
- share sexual content or anything that harms or exploits children
- interfere with how the Platform works or its security; or
- use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Platform without permission.
Communicating with Clinics
The Platform allows you to message Luxxera and Clinics to make enquiries and manage Bookings.
Luxxera does not routinely access or review private correspondence between Clients and Clinics, however, Luxxera may review such communications where necessary, if:
- a concern is reported
- you request support or technical assistance
- Luxxera is required to do so by law; or
- it is necessary to protect you or others on the Platform
You must not use the messaging feature to send spam, abusive content, or anything intended to seriously upset or harm others.

Advertising and promotion
You must not use the Platform to advertise, market, or promote products, services, campaigns, or other promotional activities.
If this AUP is breached
If we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached, we may take proportionate steps under the Client Terms. This could include removing content or suspending or ending your access to the Platform.
Changes to this AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time. If changes are important, they will be handled in line with the Client Terms.
