Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the clinic must be notified at least 15 days prior to the scheduled surgery date.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, as the surgical date is exclusively reserved and involves dedicated medical team scheduling and operational preparation.
However, the patient is entitled to reschedule the procedure once, using the same deposit, provided that the request is made at least 15 days before the originally scheduled surgery date.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 15 days prior to the procedure may result in the loss of the deposit.
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to maintain proper scheduling and ensure high-quality care for all our patients.
Refund Policy
Please note that all payments made, including deposits and amounts paid for the performance of the surgery, are strictly non-refundable.
In the event that a patient is not satisfied with the final result, we are committed to evaluating the outcome through a follow-up consultation. If medically indicated and agreed upon, the patient may undergo a corrective (revision) procedure without additional surgical fees.
Our priority is to ensure patient satisfaction and deliver results that meet both medical standards and aesthetic expectations.
