LUXXERA CLINIC ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy (Policy) explains how you should use the Luxxera platform and website (together, the Platform).
If you access or use the Platform as a Clinic, you agree to comply with this Policy.
Authority and accuracy
You represent and warrant that:
- you have full authority to create and manage a Clinic profile on the Platform
- all Clinic Content, including information and content you provide about the Clinic Services is accurate, complete, current and not misleading; and
- you will keep your Clinic profile and related Clinic Content up to date at all times.
Licences, accreditation and compliance
While you have an active presence on the Platform, you must:
- hold and maintain all licences, registrations, accreditations, approvals, and insurance required to lawfully provide the Clinic Services; and
- provide reasonable evidence of compliance to Luxxera upon request.
You must notify Luxxera promptly if any licence, accreditation, or regulatory status is suspended, withdrawn, restricted, or otherwise affected.
Permitted use of the Platform
You may use the Platform solely to:
- display Clinic Content
- receive enquiries and Booking requests from Clients
- facilitate Client Services.
You must not use the Platform for any other purpose.
You remain solely responsible for:
- deciding whether to accept any enquiry or Booking
- providing Clinic Services; and
- complying with all applicable healthcare, consumer protection, tax, advertising and professional obligations that apply to your Clinic and Clinic Services.
Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Platform to:
- provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
- advertise services you are not legally authorized to provide
- upload content that is unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate
- misuse Client Data or handle Client Data in breach of applicable Data Protection Laws
- interfere with the operation, performance, or security of the Platform; or
- attempt to circumvent Platform controls or safeguards.
Suspension and enforcement
Luxxera may take action under this Policy where it reasonably believes that the Clinic has breached this Policy, the Clinic Terms, or applicable law.
Such action may include, without limitation:
- requiring the Clinic to amend or remove inaccurate or non-compliant content;
- temporarily suspending the Clinic's access to the Platform;
- restricting visibility of the Clinic profile; or
- terminating access to the Platform in accordance with the Clinic Terms.
Luxxera may take immediate action where necessary to protect Clients, the Platform, or Luxxera's legal or regulatory position.
Changes to this Policy
Luxxera may update this Policy from time to time.
