This constitutes special category personal data, for which Luxxera is required to rely on an Article 9 lawful basis. Luxxera is relying on your explicit consent, which may be withdrawn at any time. 

Please note that this will mean that you can no longer receive the benefit of the Luxxera services and platform as your health data is fundamental in enabling us to appropriately connect you with professionals for treatments. This health data will be shared with relevant healthcare professionals in accordance with our Privacy Policy https://luxxera.com/legal/privacy-policy to deliver the Luxxera services and platform (i.e. to link you with relevant professionals who may offer you the treatments that you are after).

You consent to Luxxera processing my health data (including details of chronic conditions, allergies, medications, images (headshots, facial, mouth), and any other health personal data required, for the purpose of delivering the Luxxera services i.e. maintaining accurate healthcare records including to be shared with appropriate healthcare professionals to enable personalised healthcare treatment recommendations and provision of treatment.
